I have been using Belinda as my therapist to help with a very painful prolapsed disc in my back. I always found Belinda to be friendly and welcoming and she put me at ease as I was very nervous about going to an Craniosacral Therapist for the first time. Belinda really helped with the pain I was suffering in my back, and I found it was very gentle and a calming experience. I would not hesitate in recommending Belinda to anyone.
It's an amazing experience! Belinda is a lovely, caring and gentle person. She helped me a lot, especially when I had sudden pain in my back. I would highly recommend her service to anyone who cares about their health. You're in good hands! Thank you again!

'Take care of your body, it's the only place you have to live'.
We all know the sayings, but it is often not until we find our own health compromised that they really ring true.
I discovered Craniosacral Therapy seven years ago and it helped me immeasurably through a serious health issue.
I began to study the therapy so I could help other people heal themselves and find their own health potential. I gained my Diploma in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy from the UK based, and internationally recognised, Body Intelligence training after two years of study and practicum.
I feel very fortunate to work in the field of holistic health, something I have long been interested in. Currently, Craniosacral Therapy is gaining more and more recognition worldwide for its gentle yet effective approach to treating the whole person.
I am particularly interested in the positive effects BCST can have on the functions of the nervous and the neuro-endocrine systems of the body, as well as working with anxiety and stress disorders.
Treating children is one of the best parts of the job for me and as a mother I understand the trials of parenting a baby and toddler. I also trained as a Lactation Peer Supporter through La Leche League (LLL, UK) and I love being able to help mothers get the best start to breastfeeding, combining my knowledge and experience.
I am fully insured and a registered member of PACT, the Pacific Association of Craniosacral Therapists. http://www.craniosacral.co.nz
In addition to Craniosacral Therapy training, I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in English and French from Auckland University, and a Diploma in Graphic Design.
I look forward to helping you to improve your health!
